Barry Tomalin

Director of Cultural Training

Former marketing director of BBC English in the BBC World Service, and visiting lecturer at Westminster University. A language and cultural expert, he is the author of several books on media and on culture and has trained in over 65 countries. He is co-author of 'The World's Business Cultures and How to Unlock Them' (www.worldbusinesscultures.com).

Michael Nicks

Business Leader: Communications

Michael Nicks is a practising journalist, consultant editorial director and a communications coach. He has contributed to the launch and redesign of some 30 magazines and newspapers in Britain, France, the USA and Australia, and helps business people to communicate in effective English. He speaks fluent French and Spanish, and has studied at language institutes in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona and Los Angeles.

Rob Williams

Business Leader: Brazil

Cross-cultural and language trainer with extensive experience of Latin America, especially of Brazil. Course Leader of the Applied Language Studies MA and Course Director of the MA in International Liaison and Communication at the University of Westminster, Rob is also co-author of 'English for Peacekeeping' and an expert in military language and cultural issues.

Yu Sun

Business Consultant: China

A cross-cultural consultant with a particular focus on Anglo-Chinese communications in business. Previously working with Shanghai government as a project manager, Yu Sun has worked on many international projects between China and Britain.

Sabina Rademacher

Business Leader: Germany and Spain

Born and brought up in Germany but also resident in Spain and the USA Sabina is a management and communications trainer. She did her MBA in the States before settling in the UK where she has worked closely with universities and language organisations.

Anita Peace

With experience in the international hotel industry, the City of London and cross-cultural and management training, Anita has a background in HR and is also a fellow of CIPD.

Suhashini Thomas

Business Consultant: India

Suhashini is a cross-cultural trainer and teacher with a background in journalism and call centre training. As well as English she is fluent in Hindi, Telegu and Sanskrit. Her interests are writing, travel and wildlife.

Rie Ota

Rie is a communications trainer with experience in the language and E commerce and in the hotel and public relations industry in Japan. She speaks Japanese, Mandarin and Thai.

Anna Maria McKeever

Manager of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce and resident in the UK and Poland, Anna Maria has close links with all levels of Polish and British Business and brings both management and cultural experience to her training. She speaks Polish and English fluently.

Michael's background is in education management and he specializes in training foreign executives and UK business in the IH Executive centre in London. He has worked in France, Italy, Mexico and Japan and speaks French and Italian languages.
