ICT 3 One Team - Diversity and Inclusion Programmes

Overview

ONE TEAM comprises two major diversity and inclusion programmes helping integrate staff at work.

ONE TEAM is a one day programme that covers the seven –isms of diversity (age, disability, gender, human rights, race, religion and sexual orientation), shows how they impact the workplace and how they affect the different communities making up the workforce. It meets the requirements of companies with a contractual obligation to offer diversity and inclusion programmes to staff.

EUROPE AT WORK is a leading European Union financed multi-media based training programme for integrating migrant workers into the UK workplace. It is available in two hour, half day and one day modules.
