Business Cultural Trainers Advanced Certificate (BCTAC)

Overview

An intensive 50 hour programme that teaches HR Departments, management consultancies and training organisations how to set up, present and deliver cross-cultural training courses to business and public bodies. It includes latest cross-cultural training theory, cross-cultural training methodology, how to design and deliver. Induction, expatriation and repatriation courses, selection and training personnel for overseas assignments, negotiations and presentations training , training for international and virtual distributed teams and equality and inclusion programmes. All programmes are specially tailored to the needs of the client.

Europe At Work Training Certificate (EAWTC)

Overview: A three day programme which teaches you how to set up and run a diversity management course, using the unique English at Work resource. Europe at Work is the result of a three year European Union funded research project into the successful integration of migrant workers in host country firms. The training course introduces you to the project and shows you how to teach it face to face, how to moderate a self-help workplace group and how to support an online open access programme. A major new training tool for diversity trainers, training and HR managers. A half day introductory programme is also available.
